Within the Netherlands and Belgium: 4-10 business days.
International Orders: 5–14 business days, depending on customs and local carriers.
We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Sweet Troubles is exclusively online! This means we can serve customers all across the world but unfortunately we don't have a physical location where you can come and try on garments before buying. Our office and warehouses are closed to the public.
No worries! We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please see our Return Policy page for full details.

Sweet Troubles does not offer holds or "automatic" exchanges upon return. Once your return has been processed, you’ll receive store credit that you can use to reorder the correct size or color, or treat yourself to something else from our beautiful collection.
At Sweet Troubles, we want you to love every piece you order. If you’re not completely happy, you can choose between store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and the return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
