Shipping Area
We currently ship within Europe and the United Kingdom. Shipping availability is shown at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your track & trace link.
Delivery Times (Estimated)
• Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: 4–9 business days
• European Union: 4–10 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

• Flat rate shipping: €5.95
• Free shipping in Netherlands & Belgium on orders over €70
• Free shipping in the rest of Europe & United Kingdom on orders over €100

Backordered Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock, additional processing time may be required. Backordered items typically ship within 1–2 weeks. If this applies, you will be informed.
Track & Trace
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your order in real time.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties.
For shipments to the United Kingdom, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. Sweet Troubles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking information carefully.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If you have not received your order within 15 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@sweettroubles.com with your name and order number.
